Valtus/Hexagon Imagery Program (HxIP)
Through our distribution partner Valtus/Hexagon Imagery Services, we are able to offer our customers access to the Hexagon Imagery Program (HxIP), which provides quality geospatial imagery, captured with Leica Geosystems’ latest technology in airborne sensors.
Partnering with some of the most notable aerial acquisition firms across the globe, this ecosystem of valuable data and content provides:
- 30 cm resolution for Wide Area Coverage (WAC)
- 15 cm resolution for Urban Area Coverage (UAC) – areas with >50,000 population
- Four-band multispectral (R,G,B, and NIR)
- Set specifications and accuracy standards
- Planned refresh schedule
The data is available as a service through both Esri ArcGIS REST and OGC WMS/WMTS protocols, on an annual subscription basis. The business model of “unlimited use, in all applications” ensures you are using a consistent dataset across all of your business units, divisions or offices. There is also an option to license the data through a hard delivery mechanism.
